You'll work closely with our veterinary partners, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide top-notch service. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests * Examine and troubleshoot issues to determine proper solutions for clients and partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues * Complete accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software * Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Work with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike * Collaborate with an eagerness to learn, sharing feedback, receiving feedback, and working in a culture of openness to grow * Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (at times via other stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, requiring meticulous attention to detail * Expect a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment * Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook * High school education or equivalent * Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required) * Demonstrated ability to keep confidential information secure * Ability to pass background checks * Willingness to appear for work, come on time, and be resolved to be your best **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization * Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit * Experience working with electronic medical records and healthcare software * Familiarity with veterinary pharmacy operations and regulations **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
