Key Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our night shift team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Opening and closing the store, including all necessary tasks such as counting cash, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is prepared for the next day Processing item returns, voids, and client discounts, as well as handling cash drops and providing change to sales registers Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer information Assisting with stockroom and vendor ordering processes, including receiving and processing shipments Performing daily tasks, such as counting inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining store appearance Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicating changes to colleagues Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent One year of previous leadership, administrative, or retail key holder experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with: Experience with store stock control and inventory management Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Walgreens, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
