The training schedule is as follows: * On-site: Weeks 1, 2, 6, and 7 * Remote: Weeks 3, 4, 5, and 8 During your training, you'll work closely with experienced trainers and mentors to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in a customer-facing role.
