What You'll Do As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating globally with marketing stakeholders across APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM to build and maintain strong relationships. Analyzing and understanding which series and movies will drive growth in the APAC region, providing strategic insights to inform content strategies. Supporting creative campaign strategies for global titles in APAC markets and APAC titles promoted internationally. Providing strategic insights on title and campaign opportunities, working with partners in marketing, social media, PR, and more. Working closely with marketing teams to define campaign strategies that resonate globally, ensuring culturally relevant positioning and successful campaign rollouts. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Representing APAC regional priorities in global forums, ensuring that our voice is heard and our interests are represented. Assessing content and identifying campaign opportunities with marketing partners, working collaboratively to drive growth and engagement. Leading APAC marketing campaign planning, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution across multiple markets. Offering APAC regional insights to global teams, contributing to multi-title campaigns and business priorities. Exemplifying Blithequark culture and values, solving problems and navigating ambiguity with ease. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a talented individual who is: A natural problem-solver and strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. A collaborative spirit with a creative and strategic sensibility, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. An excellent communicator and partner, capable of influencing key stakeholders and driving results. Passionate about television and film, with knowledge of the entertainment landscape and trends in APAC. Experienced in working with Asia and other global markets, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and market trends. Fluent in English, with a deep interest in our global business and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Additional Responsibilities In addition to your core responsibilities, you may also be required to: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information. Assist in product selection and process payments with precision, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Keep the sales area clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Monitor product status and handle returns, resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies, following all company safety policies and procedures. Eligibility To be considered for this role, you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Have previous sales or customer experience, preferably in the entertainment industry. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with basic math skills and attention to detail. Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Have knowledge of company products/services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
