With a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals * Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as an project team member * Remotely resolve and close demands using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues * Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability and remote/broadband network for workstations * Install and design local and organization-based printers * Perform security support * Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned **What You'll Need for Success** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training * 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and equipment issues * First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Preferred qualifications: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in an aircraft/airport climate * Essential skills and competencies: + General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to investigate issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits * Health programs to support your well-being * 401(k) program with employer contributions * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Join the blithequark Team** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
