Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Client Data Analyst to join our team in Newark, Delaware. Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to create advanced data flows and comprehensive dashboards for presentations. Apply best practices for navigating and publishing BI reports, managing permissions, and tracking usage by data users. Assist data teams in querying, structuring, and modeling data for reports and dashboards using programming languages. Analyze business data to create descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive reports with advanced visuals to uncover trends and insights. Mentor team members on data visualization best practices and facilitate their growth in report development. Conduct testing with business partners and recommend enhancements to dashboards and reports. Required Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess: Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for database development and analysis. Experience with Oracle and other database systems. A robust understanding of database design best practices and compliance regulations concerning data security. The ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation for database procedures and designs. Experience in managing benefit functions and processing checks.
