Your primary responsibilities will include: * Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Developing and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our product selection and customer base * Guiding sellers through best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights to help them achieve high levels of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives * Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and improve overall platform performance * Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor efforts to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the e-commerce space **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, and monitor competitor efforts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Identify, prospect, and acquire high-quality sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations * Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights to help them achieve high levels of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives * Participate in and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall platform performance **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry * Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning * Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills * Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex data and communicate insights effectively **Preferred Qualifications** * 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus * 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus * 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and communicate insights effectively * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple competing priorities concurrently * Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze market trends and competitor activity * Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improving overall platform performance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
