**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Enter data into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
* Process customer requests, including prescription refills, transfers, and cancellations
* Maintain accurate records and reports, using our proprietary software systems
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our services
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
* Familiarity with web browsers, including opening and closing programs, using search engines, and bookmarking websites
* Keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information verbally and in writing
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment, preferably in a healthcare setting
* 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
