About arenaflex and the Voice of the Customer Team arenaflex has a long history of delivering exceptional customer experiences across various industries, with over 5 million surveys received from clients each year.Our Customer Listening Team, comprising experts from GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses, plays a crucial role in implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. TheSenior Statistics Architect Role We're seeking an experiencedSenior Statistics Architect to drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology.As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics. You'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to deliver innovative solutions.
