We're proud of our diverse and inclusive culture, which values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Engineer on our Cyber ML/AI team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data engineering pipelines that support our cybersecurity efforts. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential security risks, and develop innovative solutions to complex data analysis challenges. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in data warehouses across multiple databases, identifying opportunities to grow data schemas and improve data quality within Cyber Security. * Review and analyze simple data control business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of options, exercising impartial judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables. * Present guidelines for resolving more complex data control conditions, exercising impartial judgment while growing understanding of business data policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Collaborate and consult with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal and external clients as applicable. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. * 2+ years of Data Engineering experience, or equivalent validated by one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. * Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#. * Experience working with data analysis tools and technologies, including PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk, or similar. * Familiarity with data engineering pipelines and data sources (databases, APIs, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications** * Minimum of 2 years of Python programming experience. * Minimum of 1 year of Data Analysis experience in the Financial Services industry. * Minimum of 1 year of Cyber Security area exposure. * Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies. * Experience building data engineering pipelines for diverse data sources. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and technologies. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
