Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Financial Technology Enablement Manager to drive the investigation and planning of vital F&A solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and co-creating technology solutions to support financial partners across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and executing project designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develops relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs Works closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and advance financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses Serves as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to enable transformation Performs and supports ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis Strives to continuously improve existing processes and innovate new solutions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational foundation in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree required and a postgraduate degree preferred. You should have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance technology, with a solid working knowledge of financial statements, tools, and data strategy.
