**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale, working closely with teams across the organization to deliver high-quality software experiences. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence will help us drive business outcomes, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, informing strategic decisions and business outcomes
* Work closely with stakeholders to educate and communicate insights, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement
* Iterate and refine dashboard layouts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and driving continuous improvement
* Characterize the current state of workflows, profiling complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted solutions
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence
* Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
* Ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Advanced Tableau developer, with expertise in data visualization and business intelligence
* Capable SQL person, with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
* Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking, and code transport
* Product ownership, with experience driving efforts and generating concrete outcomes through analytics
* Project management, with experience planning and driving efforts, working across teams to achieve unified goals
