Accounting & Financial Analyst

The Kinetic Group is a leader in the design and manufacturing of small caliber ammunition. The Accounting Analyst will support the accounting and finance organization, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes. Responsibilities Perform accounting analysis on various transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy in a timely manner Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards Ad HOC special projects and analysis to support the overall business Provide Internal and External Audit Support Analyze data for audit requests Contribute to Month-end close Process Determine need for journal entries & additional month-end close procedures Prepare monthly account reconciliations to a high level of accuracy Assist with accounting for capital projects and fixed assets including tracking actual spend to the budgeted amounts Perform other duties as requested Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting with 0-3 years of experience Attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong knowledge of Generally Applied Accounting Principles Familiarity with IFRS principles a plus Excellent analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Comfortable working with individuals throughout an organization including all levels of management Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Experience preferred in Microsoft AX or other ERP, Alteryx and OneStream Benefits Medical and dental Vision Disability and life insurance 401K PTO Tuition reimbursement Gear discounts Company Overview From muskets to modern day, generations of hunters and shooters have trusted iconic Remington Ammunition.
