If you're passionate about using data to solve business problems and drive growth, we want to hear from you! **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing efforts by providing actionable insights, industry-leading analytics, and access to the data and tools needed for informed decision making. You'll work closely with our marketing, research, product, design, and finance teams to identify opportunities, refine our approach, and drive continuous improvement. If you're a data-driven problem solver with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Create, implement, and refine core marketing analytics models and frameworks, including attribution, lift, CLV, ROI, A/B testing, and segmentation * Drive forward the development of execution marketing partnerships by transforming raw data into actionable and effective analyses, providing clear documentation, and ensuring methodological clarity * Play a key role in determining how we can best engage and grow Etsy clients by analyzing behavior and conditional data, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing targeted strategies * Identify key metrics that drive the performance of marketing channels and marketing products, make these available to partners through dashboards and reports, and drive these metrics through statistical analysis of experiments * Continuously assess and refine your technical toolkit, sharing your knowledge with the team and driving continuous improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, refine our approach, and drive continuous improvement **Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following characteristics: * 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a data analyst or expert, or in a quantitative role where you've extracted insights from large data sets with minimal design support * Experience with execution/digital marketing initiatives, channel attribution, stir and lifetime value models, statistical tools and frameworks, and finding effective growth strategies * Proficiency in SQL and either R or Python, with extra points for experience with the Hadoop ecosystem or additional pre-processing languages (Scala, PHP, Ruby, etc.) * Demonstrated ability to communicate your insights verbally, visually, and in writing with colleagues and stakeholders * Openness to mentoring others, recommending tools and standard approaches to improve the efficiency of the team's work * Strong, independent, and insightful problem solver who enjoys contemplating and tackling complex and nuanced issues * Passion for topics like experimental design, data visualization, and statistical analysis procedures * Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization software, with extra points for experience with data warehousing and ETL tools **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive salary of $24/hour * Flexible, remote-friendly work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a data-driven problem solver with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
