As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and success through data-driven decision making, and will have the opportunity to shape the specific responsibilities of the role to fit your skills and interests. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Performing advanced analysis and insights: You'll be responsible for performing impromptu deep dive analyses that require advanced SQL and data table knowledge, and will lead knowledge-driven roadmapping to identify potential opportunities for channel improvement based on your analyses. * A/B testing improvement: You'll champion the application of data-driven best practices and will identify opportunities to streamline the testing process, such as automated Python results pulling and adaptable dashboards. * Data mastery: You'll be the go-to expert for Marketing Data Designing, and will be responsible for providing guidance on medium-term asks (run planning), and long-term strategy. * Performance reporting: You'll normalize channel metrics and create versatile dashboards across stores/geos, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and draft stories, and will field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns. **What You'll Need** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, finance, business, or a related field with a quantitative focus. * 3+ years of experience in an data-heavy role, in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field. * Advanced skills in data analysis and high-level SQL data and Google Sheets/Excel use; a passion for finding patterns in data; knowledge of Python is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior-level and cross-functional partners. * The ability to take ownership and execute on solutions for complex problems independently. * The ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A desire to win together - a collaborative person who wants to see themselves and others succeed and flourish. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
