**Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions by applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data. You'll work closely with our content team to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive engagement and retention. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content launch and episode release process to optimize engagement and retention
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
