[Remote] Lead Workday Change Management Implementation Consultant 100% Remote 1.5 year contract
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zeektek is seeking a Lead Workday Change Management Implementation Consultant to provide end-to-end change management support for large-scale Workday implementations. The role focuses on ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems within the Finance and Supply Chain domains.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead change management strategy and execution for Workday Finance and Supply Chain initiatives, including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting
ā¢ Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses across finance and supply chain organizations
ā¢ Design and deliver integrated change plans, including communication, training, engagement, and adoption strategies aligned to Workday deployment milestones
ā¢ Advise executive sponsors, functional leaders, and project teams on effective change strategies and risk mitigation
ā¢ Serve as a liaison between Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management teams and Workday program leadership
ā¢ Partner with training teams to ensure role-based learning aligns to redesigned business processes and Workday functionality
ā¢ Coach senior leaders and executives to effectively fulfill sponsor responsibilities and reinforce adoption
ā¢ Support frontline managers and supervisors in leading teams through business process and system changes
ā¢ Measure change effectiveness and adoption outcomes; recommend corrective actions as needed
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience leading change management for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
ā¢ Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes in complex, matrixed organizations
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
ā¢ Experience applying structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
ā¢ Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
ā¢ Healthcare, large enterprise, or shared services environments
ā¢ Multi-module Workday deployments
ā¢ Organizational design or operating model transformation experience
