Project Accounting Specialist - Project Setups

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Project Accounting Specialist - Project Setups. The role involves collaborating with Project Managers and the Project Controls Team to approve and activate projects, as well as coordinating with accounting and operations personnel to manage client information. Responsibilities Review new projects contracts and budgets Reviewing Master Service Contracts (MSA) and document billing requirements Maintain MSA documents, expired and updated Maintain Vision client information center, including but not limited to updating notes, research on entities, payment terms, and billing notes Completed client documentation for ACH and wire forms Backup counterpart as needed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Responsible for meeting deadline requirements as defined by manager Participate in program and project meetings as needed Updating client information in client records based on contracts and communications, research Skills Minimum of one (1) year experience with contracts and contract reviews required Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent) required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow established department procedures Project accounting experience in the past Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and other software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Professional Familiarity with Architectural, Engineering, Construction or Environmental firms a plus Experience with Deltek Vision or a similar Management Information System preferred Benefits Performance bonuses Competitive Benefits package Forward-thinking workplace flexibility Outstanding corporate culture Award-winning career development Company Overview SWCA is an environmental consulting firm.
