Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination team. As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with business leaders to define key business challenges, develop analytical approaches, and provide actionable insights that drive growth and strategy. You'll be part of a dynamic team that leverages data, statistical modeling, and experimentation to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to define pressing business challenges and develop analytical approaches to address them Design and implement a continuous insights pipeline to ensure all stakeholders have access to timely and relevant data Perform in-depth trend analyses to assess the contributions of drivers from multiple angles Define and analyze audience segments to drive Pack growth and optimize customer experiences Work with other Analytics teams to integrate and analyze data from various sources, distilling insights into actionable recommendations Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical work with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and quantitative approaches, including linear and logistic regression, significance testing, and segmentation techniques Proficiency in managing large datasets, interpreting data trends, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. Proven analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and distill findings into actionable proposals Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and customer data Knowledge of designing, executing, and analyzing sophisticated A/B/MVT test builds Preferred Qualifications Experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based services Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing landscape What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, innovative, and rewarding.
