We're a company that's not afraid to take risks and challenge the status quo. **The Role** As our CX Senior Program Lead, Voice of Customer, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for building the bridge between our customers and our Product, Engineering, & Design teams. You'll analyze qualitative and quantitative data to formulate actionable insights that help us improve our suite of products and services.
