**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
* Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support experiences
* Meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to provide expert support and guidance to customers
* Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
* Collaborate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services, staying informed about new features and updates

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) language proficiency
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience with live chats and emails, including ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
* Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
* Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Experience in the crypto or finance industry, with a strong understanding of related products and services
* Familiarity with arenaflex's client base and industry trends
