Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring their satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Blithequark's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance. Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Feedback: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share feedback and suggestions for process improvements. Adaptability: Embrace changes and updates in Blithequark's products, policies, and procedures, and apply them effectively in your role. Essential Skills Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
