About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to Doordash clients, addressing how-to questions, and investigating client requests. If you're a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Doordash clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate the Doordash platform
Provide a "human-first" experience to clients through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and Doordash devices
Develop expertise in Doordash products, both at a technical and client use-case level
Identify opportunities to enhance client value from Doordash, exploring better ways to work more efficiently and delight clients
Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing insights and feedback to improve the team's performance and drive client value higher
Work with peer colleagues (Sales, Onboarding, Record Management, Maintenance, etc.) to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention, functioning as a cohesive team

Essential Qualifications
2 years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to organizations with models where you've impacted clients to improve outcomes
Proven experience providing support for various online software or SaaS products or IT experience
Experience in constructing best practices geared towards help quality and efficiencies, possibly from having served as an Informed authority (SME), Mentor, or Leader
The ability to adapt to working independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing climate
Multiple instances of focusing on most impactful/valuable work among competing needs or requests
Knowledge of fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript)
Knowledge of exploring and working with various helpdesks (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment
Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and leadership
