As a CSM, you will be part of a diverse, global community of professionals who deliver cloud solutions that influence business and IT transformation for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Value Realization**: Identifying and accelerating the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, partner solutions, and best practices. * **Enablement**: Helping customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners. * **Governance**: Establishing and maturing operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms. **A Day in the Life** As a CSM, you will be empowered by an inclusive environment, work/life harmony, and career advancement opportunities. You will balance your time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal arenaflex teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the arenaflex Cloud. You will work across arenaflex to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex and challenging technology problems for our customers. **Working Backwards from the Customer** You will define opportunities that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and modernization. You will create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment. **Sharing Best Practices** You are expected to share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse, supporting the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline. **Certification and Travel** You are expected to pass the Certified Solution Architect, Associate level, within the first 6 months of employment. This position may require 25% - 40% travel, dependent on geography and time of year. **About the Team** Our Worldwide Public Sector CSMs are advocates that help customers invent and build in the cloud.
