Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, video, phone, and social media channels, providing accurate and helpful information. Escalating serious complaints or issues to senior team members or managers, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues, collaborating to resolve complex problems. Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement. Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, representing blithequark's brand and values. Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced, staying up-to-date with our offerings. Attending workshops and meetings as required, participating in ongoing training and development. Providing training and support to new customer service agents, helping to onboard and develop our team members. Respecting client confidentiality at all times, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to respond appropriately under pressure. Sound judgment and analytical skills. A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud. Previous experience in a customer service role. The ability to speak a second language. The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
