Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Gray, TN. As a key member of our Customer Service function, you will be responsible for evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients, developing working knowledge of our products and services, and providing solutions that meet client needs. This is an entry-level position that requires excellent communication skills, technical abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
