Job Overview In this role, you will have the opportunity to work part-time as an Innovation Investigator Understudy within our Innovation Office. As a Technology Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that includes Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, People, and Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of quality technical solutions that meet the needs of our business clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners, to ensure that our applications are of high quality and meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements analysis with business clients to develop quality technical solutions that align with our internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines. Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing solutions to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between business and Technology teams. Participate in systems and acceptance testing to guarantee the quality of our applications. Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet the needs of our business clients. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of technical environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management processes is desirable. As a strong communicator, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
