Job Summary As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Enactments group. Your primary responsibilities will include providing mentorship to colleagues, driving team performance, and showcasing best practices in issue resolution and metrics monitoring. When our offices resume, we anticipate this job to be hybrid with some time in-office.
