Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner Make policy changes, answer billing questions, and offer recommendations to customers Utilize computer software to access customer information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in computer software and multi-tasking Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field Experience with insurance industry products and services Certifications or licenses in insurance or customer service What We Offer: Competitive Salary and Benefits Blithequark offers a competitive salary range of $18.86 - $28.78 per year, with a base salary increase of 10-15% within the first year for many associates.
