**What You Will Do in This Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
* Help customers resolve technical issues related to healthcare services
* Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
* Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
* Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
* Be efficient in navigating multiple systems
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
