As a Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You'll expertly navigate the intricacies of primary care physicians, medications, appointments, and benefits, leveraging your knowledge and exceptional people skills to make a real impact on people's lives. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks.

**The Deets**

* This is a full-time, remote opportunity, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
* You'll work one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST, ensuring you have a healthy work-life balance.
* Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation, where you'll receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

**Your Arsenal**
