Content Writer & Community Manager

Overview We are hiring a Reddit Content Writer and Community Manager to lead day to day participation across relevant subreddits. The role is focused on writing high quality native Reddit content, engaging in discussions, and managing brand presence through authentic community interaction. This role requires strong judgment, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate independently. Core Responsibilities Write high quality posts and comments on Reddit that are native, authentic, and value driven Track brand mentions across relevant subreddits and respond appropriately when needed Participate in community discussions while matching tone, culture, and rules of each subreddit Research subreddits, threads, and emerging conversations to identify engagement opportunities Manage and update internal tracking systems for posts, comments, and engagement outcomes Apply basic SEO principles to Reddit posts when visibility is a goal Analyze engagement patterns and adjust content approach based on performance Communicate progress, insights, and issues clearly with the internal team Ideal Profile The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking and has a genuine interest in online communities. They Bring Excellent writing and editing skills Strong understanding of Reddit culture and community dynamics Experience with content management systems Familiarity with social media management Working knowledge of SEO best practices Comfort with data analysis and performance tracking Soft Skills Clear and effective communication Strong problem solving ability Creative thinking Good judgment and self direction Education Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
