**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and enrollment assistance to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide guidance on health insurance options. **Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
* Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask with ease
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

**Essential Qualifications**

* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
* Self-motivated, success-driven, and comfortable working from home
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
