This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points * Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc) * Working closely with and taking instructions from team leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift * Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure * Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Exceptional interpersonal skills * A solution-oriented approach * The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * The capacity to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * A strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * The ability to represent the airline at all times * Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * The capacity and willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays) * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all arenaflex guidelines and policies * The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * A valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training * A valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness and ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we believe in creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
