About the Role As a Dispatch Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in managing a high volume of incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and providing effective solutions that exceed their expectations. What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed as a Dispatch Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Proven Customer Support Experience: A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding performance goals. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with various software, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not essential). Dispatch Experience: Experience in dispatching (1 year preferred but not essential). Track Record of Success: A track record of exceeding performance goals and delivering exceptional service.
