Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting our clients' businesses and driving revenue growth Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets Your Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: The ability to speak fluent Spanish and English 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using software applications and databases A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter) High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to investing in our employees' long-term success and well-being.
