We've raised $35 million in equity capital to date, and we're excited to continue our growth trajectory. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our customers, engineering, and operations teams to deliver exceptional support and implementation services. You'll be responsible for building integrations, configuring our core platform, and resolving technical challenges to ensure our customers' success. **Key Responsibilities** * Technical Implementations: Understand customer needs and assist them with onboarding to arenaflex, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. * Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex' capabilities and assist customers in optimizing their deployment. * Customization: Work closely with customers to customize solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements. * Tool Building: Design and deploy tools both internally and externally to scale arenaflex to the world's largest companies. * Escalation Handling: Handle and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. **About You** * You're comfortable diving into the weeds and have a broad technical knowledge base. * You have exceptional communication skills and can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * You thrive in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy. * You have a hunger to learn new topics quickly and are always looking for opportunities to improve. **Requirements** * 4+ years of proven track record of relevant experience. * Good working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Javascript. * Experienced in exploratory data analysis and cleaning. * Comfortable interacting with customers and diving into the weeds of our business. * Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. **Our Stack** * Python, SQL, Django, Django Rest Framework, Javascript, React, Tailwind CSS, React Native (plus a bit of Objective-C and Java when it's called for), AWS, Docker. * Customer engineers are mostly in Python and SQL. **What We Offer** * 95% coverage of medical, dental, and vision. * Fantastic benefits, including: + $250 WFH setup. + $150/month cell phone + internet. + $100/month Wellness. * No Meeting Wednesday! * Several team onsites a year. * Flexible PTO. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and equality. **Compensation** * Base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 + equity. * Range(s) is subject to change. arenaflex takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, interview performance, peer compensation, and years of experience. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a better benefits experience for companies and their employees.
