Position Overview This seasonal position requires availability to be scheduled a minimum of 4 hours per shift, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, and availability to work additional hours during Peak Weeks. Schedules vary weekly, and we are looking for availability between 8am and 8pm. As a remote customer care representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations. Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone. Effectively communicate sales and promotions. Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills. Problem Solving and Expertise: Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds. Develop expertise in navigating the blithequark website to assist customers. Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits. Knowledge and Accuracy: Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies. Capture and maintain accurate customer information. Performance and Compliance: Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries. Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training. Perform special assignments as directed. Organizational Job Functions Collaboration As a customer care representative, you will work with the team to achieve departmental and company goals. This includes collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, sharing knowledge and best practices, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered). Experience: Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Skills: Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions. Knowledge of blithequark products. Typing speed of at least 40 wpm. Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling. This includes: Three-week training program with 30 hours of training per week. Ongoing coaching and feedback. Role-playing exercises and skills training.
