Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative in our OCC, you will be assigned to one of our teams, working on exciting projects that impact our operations and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with aviation experts to analyze data and solve operational business challenges Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Utilizing your skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of our teams Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing Embracing a team-first mentality, prioritizing the success of your team Our Teams and Projects As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of the following teams: Load Control Center (LCC) Our LCC team is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights, managing aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a member of this team, you will work closely with our LCC experts, developing applications and efficiencies to reduce workload and improve processes. Fuel Strategy Our Fuel Strategy team is responsible for developing strategies to manage our fuel consumption, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. As a member of this team, you will research and develop strategies to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and optimize payload forecasting. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management) Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM Enrolled with your educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work in a team and individual settings Prioritizing safety and security, and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US Preferred Qualifications Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning Experience in leadership roles, including student and community organizations Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving Blithequark's customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
