Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via multi-channel customer service platforms, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service channels Handle 60-80 customer contacts per day, responding to a variety of inquiries, including billing and proration, service changes, cancellations, and missed service inquiries Utilize multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries efficiently Provide exceptional customer service, de-escalate complex issues, and demonstrate empathy and understanding Identify sales opportunities, highlight the features and benefits of Blithequark products and services, and contribute to revenue growth and customer retention Establish customer accounts, negotiate and document service type, pricing, billing, and other required information Collaborate with other teams, including Operations, Sales, and Billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences Meet or exceed service and operational standards, including attendance, adherence, quality, productivity, safety, and timeliness goals Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or G.E.D (accredited) One (1) year of previous customer service experience (in addition to education requirement) Remote Work Requirements High-speed internet (minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) A private workspace with minimal interruptions or distractions Ability to physically connect computer to modem or router Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills Computer skills - MS Office Typing skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
