Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Real Estate Manager to join our Worldwide Portfolio Management and Transactions team. As a Full Stack Corporate Real Estate Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing real estate strategies for new and existing properties, managing complex transactions, and collaborating with senior leaders across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from new office developments to acquisitions and dispositions of properties around the world.

Key Responsibilities


Support senior leaders in developing and implementing real estate strategies for various business units, including Parks and Resorts, Film and Television Production, and Consumer Products.
Analyze market data and trends to inform real estate decisions and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
Manage complex transactions, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and dispositions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders, finance teams, and external partners, such as brokers, lawyers, and consultants.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and present reports, including project updates, market analysis, and financial summaries.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in corporate real estate, including transaction management, strategy development, and client services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with real estate software and systems, such as property management systems and lease administration software.
Certifications, such as CCIM, SIOR, or LEED AP, are a plus.
