**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Content Moderator, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of compliance checking strategies, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools like Business Items, Cognos, Scene, and Stars for data analysis. This role requires expertise in data extraction, mining, and management, as well as a strong understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills. You will work closely with our Compliance Checking Examination Team to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute compliance checking strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Manage risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate potential risks
* Analyze and report on compliance checking results to business leaders to inform decision-making
* Prepare and present reports on compliance checking activities, results, and related remedial action plans (Covers)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance checking initiatives
* Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance with evolving requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data science, statistics)
* At least 2 years of experience in compliance checking or auditing, or equivalent experience in a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify potential risks
* Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, and Stars
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least 5 years of experience in compliance checking or auditing
* Experience working with private or sensitive data
* Experience creating and presenting reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders
* Familiarity with data mining and extraction techniques, as well as data profiling and management
* Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies
