Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant, Global Equity, to join our team in Montana, USA. As a Compensation Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing stock plans, performing data audits, and providing support to participants and stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team, interact with people from diverse countries and cultures, and contribute to the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities


Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
Process the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards.
Review equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation.
Perform other equity plan management tasks, as requested.


Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience


At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area preferred.
Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred.


Skills and Competencies


Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers.
Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail.
