Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Company RHR is a Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm licensed in MA and NH Role Description Seeking Residential Real Estate Appraisers licensed in MA & NH. The Residential Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for estimating the value of residential real estate, determining the best use of residential properties, and providing advice on how to enhance property values. The Residential Real Estate Appraiser will also prepare written reports outlining the appraisal, evaluate properties to determine marketability, and identify trends in market prices. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, with a minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience • A solid understanding of real estate markets, industry trends, and appraisal methods • Familiarity with Appraisal Institute and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines • Analytical and report-writing skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • The ability to work independently and remotely(although would need to travel to appraisal inspections) • Active state certification or licensing in the appraiser’s state of residence • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant market trends and familiar with online appraisal tools RHR Appraisals is an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected factors.
