You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their cloud computing requirements. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to speed up their cloud process * Build a robust AWS leads database by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat * Educate clients at the beginning of their cloud journey, moving them from warm or low interest to active interest; training to thought * Support leads with personalized messaging to increase client understanding of AWS services and differentiators with significant client use cases * Through sustain efforts, create higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates * Participate in a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better client experience **Essential Capabilities** * Four-year degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, computer science) * 4+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Capabilities** * AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Partner * Technical background in design, software engineering, or MIS * In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: identify and recognize potential opportunities for clients * Proven ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-growth environment with shifting needs * Capacity to manage uncertainty and ambiguity * Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization with cutting-edge products and services * Strong listening skills, ability to see needs, and ask clarifying questions * Clear, concise, and confident communicator through phone or chat * Quick learner with a strong interest in cloud computing and customer success * Ability to think critically and structure responses **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you will enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the freedom to work from anywhere.
