Job Summary As a SC Data Insights Consultant at Lowe's, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data analytics and insights. You'll work closely with our Supply Chain Data Insights Manager to develop and deploy dashboards and reporting tools, drive data mining and metric validation, and mentor junior analysts. Key Responsibilities As a SC Data Insights Consultant, you'll be responsible for: Driving Data Analytics : Support the Supply Chain Data Insights Manager in driving supply chain data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards and reporting tools. Data Mining and Metric Validation : Drive effective data mining and metric validation to create analytical tools, reporting, and dashboards. Mentoring Junior Analysts : Mentor junior analysts in the creation of weekly supply chain reporting packages, including demand, planning, and replenishment reporting needs. Advanced Analytical Tools : Mentor junior analysts in the creation of advanced analytical tools and solutions for complex problems that arise in planning and replenishment. Collaboration and Communication : Proactively partner with directors and managers of inventory planning and replenishment to identify data and analysis needs and potential solutions. Special Projects : Lead special projects as assigned for the team and drive results and solutions for clients. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering. Experience : At least 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, with 1 year of experience mentoring others. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and business intelligence reporting tools (Teradata, Dart, Cognos). Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Experience in JDA, Oracle, or SAP Supply Chain System Management : At least 4 years of experience in JDA, Oracle, or SAP supply chain system management. Oracle SQL : Proficiency in Oracle SQL. Business Process Understanding : Understanding of business processes and how they correlate with IT infrastructure.
