You'll work closely with our internal Cloud AI teams to develop and implement solutions that leverage accelerators, run benchmarks for current models, and create migration paths for new models. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate the complexities of AI adoption and ensuring seamless integration with our cloud platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure * Collaborate with internal Cloud AI teams to develop and implement solutions that leverage accelerators * Run benchmarks for current models and identify opportunities to apply accelerators for new models * Develop migration paths and assist with research fees to optimize performance * Work closely with clients to understand their AI needs and develop tailored solutions * Present technical showcases and lead detailed discovery and planning sessions to ensure alignment with client goals and success metrics * Influence Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for client requirements **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience * 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning * Proven experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead technical showcases and collaborate with C-level or senior business leaders **Desired Qualifications** * Experience with education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators * Familiarity with running MLPerf benchmarks and performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) * Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance vs. costs * Designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases * Ability to influence decisions and drive business outcomes **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, and machine learning concepts * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
