Job Summary As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will work in a remote setting, utilizing our pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication information, and performing data entry tasks. You will be responsible for handling high-volume client requests, resolving third-party exceptions, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour. Key Responsibilities Perform patient enrollment and information section tasks in accordance with state and government guidelines. Utilize blithequark's pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication information, and perform data entry tasks. Handle high-volume client requests, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. Resolve third-party exceptions by assessing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing. Communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat. Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations. Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed. Obtain and maintain an active practitioner license or certification within the first 90 days of employment. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills, including ability to start and close programs, use a mouse, and access data online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 18 years old or older. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a state-recognized certification or nationally recognized certification. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files). Bilingual (Spanish and English).
