Job Description Key Responsibilities Pre- and post-examination of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on assisting the business in making informed decisions. Investigate the performance of various pilot initiatives while following a testing framework (e.g., A/B Testing). Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions. Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data evaluated to recognize gaps or opportunities the business needs to consider or address. Support the design and development of Blithequark tools to improve financial targets, based on various switches from top-line to bottom-line, with continued development of value chain capabilities. Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive summaries. Any other related and assigned duties. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting. Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred. Strong Excel skills – Pivot tables, VLookups, with modeling capabilities. Strong data literacy. Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills and Competencies Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement. Balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects. Easily collaborate with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders. Strong change management skills. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in the overall system benefit. Commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool. Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Interactive Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools. Knowledge of SharePoint. Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes. Project management or consulting experience.
