In this role, you will leverage tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and related technologies to deliver intelligent, user-friendly solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing AI-powered chat solutions, a firm grasp of web and cloud technologies, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities** * Build, train, and refine the AI chat agent to deliver contextually appropriate, intelligent, and engaging responses. Ensure alignment with business requirements and end-user needs * Collaborate on fine-tuning and retraining AI models based on analytics, user feedback, and evolving requirements * Attend sprint planning sessions, collaborate in refining and estimating development tickets, and commit to completing assigned tickets within each sprint * Attend weekly standup meetings and use collaboration tools like Slack and Jira to align with the team on project priorities and updates * Create comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
